I am a multimedia journalist, web producer and consultant for news media.
WHAT I DO: Editorial product development, photography, social media and writing, with a focus on tech, solution journalism and travel. I’m currently with PBS Wide Angle, Dowser.ORG and The Lost Girls. I’ve also done stuff for Mediaite, Geekosystem, The New York Daily News, The Chattanooga Pulse and Prospect: An Anthology of Creative Nonfiction.
WHAT I KNOW: CS5, Soundslides, Final Cut, iWork, WordPress, Office Suite, HTML/CSS, Tableless Design, Web Analytics, reporting with social media.
OTHER STUFF: I co-founded a 12,000- mile philanthropic road trip, climbed volcanoes in Guatemala in tennis shoes, lived in Prague, learned to scuba dive in Honduras, have done yoga on top of a rock in Sedona, and been to every state except Alaska. I have a BA in Nonfiction Writing from Brown and am working toward a Master’s in Digital Media and Web Innovation at NYU.
